My goal was to plan an event like no one in the Buffalo Trace region had ever seen before. An event with hot air balloons dancing across the sky, sky divers dressed liked clowns that passed out candy to the kids as they landed, stages jam packed with entertainment, a Kid Zone filled with games, inflatables and prizes, an indoor arts and crafts show, and enough food vendors to feed an army.

For five straight years, 25 hot air balloons from across the country came to our small corner of the earth to partake in the annual BTBR. 100% of the event proceeds were donated to area non-profits striving to make our community a better place to live, over $150,000. Now that's alot of hot air!
